In order to modify a signer's email address or phone number a transaction will first need to be put in "DRAFT" mode and once the modifications have been made the transaction will need to be resent for the state of the transaction to change from DRAFT to SENT. In doing this the signer will be notified as a new link to access the documents gets generated once the transaction has been modified.
