Error code - The Supplied input cannot be parsed

Users just started reporting an error code when trying to send a signature to a customer.  "The supplied input cannot be parsed"  Any clues as to what the issue could be? Is this a salesforce error or OneSpan?

Hello,

Thank you for your response, we ended up working with someone at OneSpan and determined that the phone number formatting was locking up the system.  There was a change in 24.R6 that caused the issue so we just have to make sure phone number formatting is correct and the error goes away.

Does this happen every time or is it an intermittent issue? Have you noticed it happening with a specific document or signer? Also, I've noticed from your screenshot that you might be utilizing an old version of our salesforce connector. Are you on the latest version? https://docs.onespan.com/docs/upgrading-to-the-latest-version
