eWitness User Creation Error

Hi, when I try to create an eWitness account I get this error message: "The Account of this username already exists". What is the procedure for creating a new eWitness account?

Hi there, This is because you cannot have an e-witness account with the same email address as your backoffice account. Please use a different email address and username when creating a new e-witness account.
