With OneSpan Sign, you can have fully customizable email templates, in HTML format. To do so, you need to prepare your own HTML email and send to our support team.
Please be advised that making sure the content can be rendered properly across the email clients is out of the support. However, I do have some suggestions:
(1)You can download the default email template from this documentation. Take the invitation email sent to signer, it's "email.activate" in this list.
(2)I've attached an example where I added a logo on the top and an email signature at the bottom, for your reference:
