number of packages in the Inbox

Hi,

from the screenshot I attached, there are total 14 packages in the inbox, but I only see 1 package in the inbox

could you explain where are other 13 packages ?

Hi Cindy,

 

Inbox folder should be comprised of packages that:

-in COMPLETED status

-in SENT status

-required your signature, and you are not the package owner

 

From your screenshot, page 1 is supposed to present 10 out of total 14 transactions, whereas seems not the case. Could you hit below link in a new browser tab and send the results to [email protected] so that I can have a better idea of what is happening behind the scene?

Also, is it related to the previous post where you mentioned it happens when you transferred the account ownership?
