Prefill Inputs Immutable and Start/Continue from next approval
Monday, June 10, 2024 at 11:36amI need a way to prefill some input values. This is something that we can done with onespan sign api today, but prefill input are mutable (once approval access to signing url, he can change their values)
I would like to add fields values that belongs to a particular approval (sender), make them immutable and if there are no missing fields to be filled out, just continue to the next approval (signer)
So basically is there a way to make fields value immutable once defined and confirm/sign sender approval in order to continue/start from next approval (signer)?

Instead of using text fields and assigning default values, which are subject to be altered by the signer during the signing ceremony, you could use Custom Fields, which could do what you want. You can find the Custom Fields documentation here: https://community.onespan.com/documentation/onespan-sign/guides/feature-guides/developer/managing-custom-fields.
This feature needs to be enabled in the account and an Account owner/Manager has the capability to create them, however a sender should be able to use them.
