I have signed on behalf of client using Bulk Sign feature . When i retrieve evidence summary document its showing my IP in that document. Is than anyway possible to pass Client Ip since we are signing on behalf our client and get their IP in evidence summary document.

I understand additional fields can be put in the CSV for bulk send to populate custom data into a transaction by adding extra columns that map to fields in the template. Is there a limitation on the number of fields for each row in the CSV?

We have up to 5 signers after the first signer the next 2 could be sign following the first signature.
If I assign two signer to .SingingOrder(2) will both those emails go out following the completion of the first signature?

Hi Team,
Our applicaiton uses the esign iframe to load the signing package and to capture the signature within our site.
We are seeing the below error in Safari browsers whenever the application tries to load the esign iframe. Can you please take a look at the error attached.

1) in our on-prem version, I don't see the authentication for recipient can use KBA, and also I tried in the sandbox, doesn't see it either. Would you please let me know in which version KBA is available and how to use it?

Is there an API for re-sending the signing completion email to the signers? The email with a link to download the completed documents. Thanks!
