Hello, I have added signer SMS verification before sign of document. It show SMS sent. but user don't receive any SMS. even if user request SMS while sign, it say SMS sent successfully, but don't get any SMS. Here is the code. There is line of array for SMS.

What is customer experience  with international phone number to get OTVC when perform SMS authentication? Is it as good as domestic? Do you have any issue with international phone OTVC when perform SMS authentication?

Hi, for signer SMS authentication option, does it only send SMS code to the cell phone? if the signer doesn't have cellphone, does it do text-to-voice to a landline?   thanks, Cindy

So far, the process is this. The notary signs into the transaction and then switches to the borrower that will be signing. The borrower will then click the okay button a few times to authenticate themselves and start signing.

Hi Team, While I'm using the SMS Authentication type to authenticate a signer, the signer is not receiving the passcode SMS. Even I tried it with the package created using the sandbox environment. But, I'm not getting the passcode. Is there any ways to resolve this issue?. Thanks in advance.
Add phone number to Signer for SMS authentication besides withSmsSentTo()?
