We receive the following error message if the package is signed by the one individual and not the other when we do a check status call.
Could not get signing status. Exception: The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.

Steps:
1. We are setting Sender for package and document has owner tag. So Sender has to sign first doc.
2. Creating package with Sender detail and adding signer / documents.
3. and then opening a popup in design mode.

I am working with authenticating Signers in the ceremony and when we try to set the signers to the default option (email) -- the package creation returns with a 400 error.
This is the return error
Could not send the package. Exception: The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request.

When we have a package that has two signers and one signer has completed signing and the other is still pending, when we perform a check status, we are getting the following error.

Is there any limit on the number of documents which we can upload to Eoriginal vault by specifying the vaulting_data.We are able to upload the documents upto 8 in a single transaction but when we try to upload more than 8, we are getting error from the OneSpan APIs.

Hi,
In the CA sandbox environment we ran into the following error when uploading a package using the .NET SDK. The package had multiple signers with the same email address. As OneSpan now supports signers with the same email, we were not expecting to get any errors.
