Can we upload a signature for the sender via API? And use it for future use. So that the sender won't have to do manual signing everytime

Hello all, My goal is to enable an admin person to easily assist with a signature package (they will be the sender) but where the admin person is strictly the sender and will never be a signer.

I am checking in to see if you have any plans to enhance the product to allow for signature capture using Topaz tablets during the in person signing process.  We have a lot of customers that already have Topaz tablets and they would like to use OneSpan as their in person signing solution.

Hey there, im having a problem with IsRequired propertie: 1 - Through the management console I created a DocumentTemplate (X) where I define all the fields and properties such as IsRequired. 2- Using the API im building a DocumentPackage where I upload a Document and I apply the template X.

Hello, We are getting a red error message in the UI when we attempt to elevate my eSignLive user account from a "Member" to a "Manager" that indicates we've exceeded our user limit. From what I can see, we have a license that lets us have 15 active users.

Can I create packages programmatically using the same sender email address? And then show the designer view with that same sender email address in multiple browsers? Thanks Colleen

If our account owners are all in Toronto but our senders are across Canada  do you suggest that senders set their own personal profile timezone?
