We would like to give the customer 15 days to sign the Document but then after they have signed to reset the Expiration Date to 90 days for us to counter-sign. In our business, the signature for a customer signifies that we will begin building the Fiber from our location to the customer site.

Hi, Good day! We are configuring KBA authentication and doing it in initial package creation call, it is working fine for kba-us provider while for kba-canada, we are getting the response as postal code and province cannot be empty. what might be the issue? please let us know.
