Hello, We have integrated our salesforce application with onespan using APEX SDK for our e-signature use cases. We are using a text tag to capture signer's tax number : {{esl_TaxNumber:Signer1:textfield:value(""),size(160,22)}}

Hi Team, I am new to OneSpan and start working on the Apex SDK. I have gone through the SDK documentation but I am not able to find out how we can attach the signed document to the record or package can be assigned to the Parent record.
Insufficient Privileges error in Salesforce when anyone who is not Onespan sandbox owner tries to view transaction record

Hey,So when I use OneSpan sign as myself (connected user to onespan in Salesforce under admin tab) I have no issues. But if I have another admin who has same permissions try to view a transaction record they get the Insufficient Privileges error. Any idea why this is happening?

Hi, In the Canadian Sandbox, I notice an issue with the signing ceremony when a transaction is edited to have 2 signers with the same email. 1. Create transaction with 2 signers , different email through SDK

I am writing an app that will hypothetically integrate with OneSpan Sign. I would want the users of my app to be able to log into OneSpan Sign and grant my app permission to create Transactions in their OneSpan sign account on their behalf. Is this possible with OneSpan sign?
