Hi
Is it possible to declare during the package creation instance that an extra file should be attached after signing the package documents? The package status automatically changes to COMPLETED after uploading the extra file or should I force the status to COMPLETED by API?

Hi,We currently already have an integration with OneSpan eSign where we have implemented the designer iframe into our website.We require a feature where we can draw lines into the document, in order to "cross out" clauses that already exist in the uploaded PDFs.

This API call requires {senderId} but when I use my "name" or "email" it does not work, nor does it work for any other value I could think of to try. The documentations says "The unique sender id" but what is that value? where does it come from? where is it on a screen?

Hi, I would like to know if there is a way to set an external reviewer (different from the user that creates the transaction) who would check if it is correct a mandatory attachment for a signer. This reviewer would also need to receive the documents after all the signatures are completed.

Team,
We have required to have the Auto signed by the user , i.e we wanted have a check box on the UI that says Acknowledge and when the user check's this box the Document should be marked as "Signed by XYZ on datatime" on a specified page . Please let know if this is possible.

I have a scenario in which multiple signers can be part of same role.
Like role1 has Signer1, Signer2, and Signer3
When this role1 is linked with Document1 to sign at mentioned location, only Signer1 is getting email to do.
Id it possible that all 3 signers in role1 gets email and anyone can do the

Guys,
When we view a non required document on a pc or table, it allows the users to arrow past it. When we take that same loan and view it on our mobile phone, the user does not get the ability to arrow past it. They have to either accept it or decline it. Is this intended?
