Please help me find documentation on how to add a Salesforce Custom Object as an available option in "Related object type". I also need to be able to automate prepare/send transaction by relating it to records in the custom object.

What is the user experience like with an iFrame on a mobile device? Is it responsive? If not, can the iframe initial load go directly to the signature placeholder? And for the user to review document, panning and pinch zooming would be required? Thanks.

Hi, from the documentation, there are 3 pre-defined roles: admin, manager and sender. Another concept is about 'owner' as user type? what's the difference between 'owner' vs roles? and can anyone be 'Owner'?   thanks, Cindy

Hi, After document is loaded in Iframe, upon clicking the Sign button, I see a JS error in the console coming from the file CapsigSignatureButton.js.   screen attached. This was working previously, any Ideas, thx.

Is there a way to get notifications from eSignLive when certain events happen? For example, if we send out a document for signature and the person signs or declines the package, is there a way to receive notifications about this so our system can react appropriately?

Guys, Is there a way to create a single label field without having to associate it to a signer/role? Lets say that I want to create a date label that shows up on a document but not have it tied to any specific signer. Is this possible?

Can't get Salesforce label values to insert

There is a customer who is currently troubleshooting a new button for a client of theirs that uses Silanis. The button initiates a new ESL document and is supposed to prepopulate some label and field values from Salesforce, but all the fields are coming in as blank.
