In our code, we are using the change signer feature. .CanChangeSigner() Once a new signer is assigned, the eSL server generates random signer ID. How can we get the signerID using .net to get the signing status of this signer. Please note that we can't use callbacks in our environment

Hi, I did set up in Data Retention for archived as 1 days. It was moving to archived folder but i am not getting any callback notification for Transaction_Archived. will I get notification or I should mark the status as archived then only I can receive notification

Hi. I am trying to implement the sample code provided at https://developer.esignlive.com/code-share/php-web-form-application-example/ I have changed the API Key to the API key in my account. I believe that is the only thing that needs to be changed, unless I am wrong.

Hi, I downloaded copy tool v1.6.2, and when I use "With API KEY" for both source and target, I got 401 error see attachment, but if I use "With credentials" and it's working fine. any idea why it's failed with API key?

Sender and Owner event notifications emails

Hello. I have a created a transaction and assigned to it a Sender (different from the Owner). As such, callback errors are being sent in emails to the sender. Is it possible to add a configuration so that the owner receives those emails as well? Thank you

Get sender ids by owner’s api key API Call : https://sandbox.e-signlive.com/api/account/senders We are trying to retrieve the senders by owners API key. In the response it returns only one sender where we have multiple senders. Can you please help with this. Thanks Rajesh

We are using the API key, for our production account.  How can you have multiple branding options when it comes to using the API key?  I am not sure I am asking this very well, so let me know if there are other things I can mention. Thanks!

Hi Team, Received callback event 'EMAIL_BOUNCE' for domain  'fgtb.be'. but BP is claiming that it is a valid customer email id, Are there any restrictions on some domains? is there any way to validate the email id?

Hi, We create a package from our Salesforce API and redirect the user to the signing URL in case of in-person signing. Is it possible to remove the "Exit Signing" option from the "More Actions" menu?
