Our company has requirement for document validation.
Does eSignLive API have an existing function or method to return document( or file) checksum if provided packageId and documentId.
So I don't need to download document on our side but just get checksum.

Hi Team,
I downloaded the sample code for java springboot project and java servlet. I am unable to find classess for Oss CallbackEvents and OssCallbackVo for some reasons. Can you please help me to get these classess code.

Hi ,
Signer update another signer as change signer.
Now Signer A updated SIGNER B as a SIGNER.
Now I need to download all required documents uploaded by changed signer(B).
If I am doing all Signer of package it is still showing SIGNER A only.

Hi,
I downloaded copy tool v1.6.2, and when I use "With API KEY" for both source and target, I got 401 error see attachment, but if I use "With credentials" and it's working fine. any idea why it's failed with API key?

Hello,
I download the tool to migrate the accounts from sandbox to production server.
The tool working fine but when migrating all the templates, the sandbox watermark still showing.
Kindly, advice how this water mark can be removed in production account for esignlive.

Is it possible to bypass the signing or accept portion of the signing ceremony and simply go to a "completed" state?
