Error confirming signature

We are having a problem when the client tries to finalize the signature of the document. When clicking on the confirm button, the message "The selected document(s) could not be uploaded. The document(s) might be corrupted or locked."  
Login page always shows in English (when pkg language is french)

I am using the apex sdk with language='fr' option on the package, email to the signers comes in french but upon clicking the link where it takes you to the login page, it always shows in English.  Email Capture:

I created an OneSpan Sign sandbox account and I'm trying to connect via the Salesforce OneSpan app however when I try I get an API key is not valid error. Has anyone ran into this before?   
Pkg ID vs Signer ID etc

The “packageID” seems fine, works for other API call but “SignerID” from Evidence Summary does not seem to be recognized. Its confusing as items are referred to by multiple names, e.g. PackageID appears to be the same as Signing CeremonyID and Transaction.
