We're looking for a way for a signer to be able to Decline or Opt-Out from signing, but will still let us complete the package and persist the evidence summary.

Is it possible to get the 'locked' status of a signer by using GetSigningStatus(). Currently, the returned status is 'pending', even though the user was locked.
I'm aware there's a callback that can be used, but using GetSigningStatus() flows better with our current code base.

Within our OneSpan build, we have chosen to use optional signatures where a document may have more than one section to sign but a customer has a choice which sections they are approving (e.g. service work order). This has been working well until an edge case appeared in testing.

We are creating new Onespan Sign accounts, and need to transfer senders from older accounts to the new ones. Since there are over 1,000 senders to transfer between accounts, is there a way to do it in bulk ?
