We've got a form where one section is a radio button group. The "Actions required" language at the top of the New Signer Experience form is telling user there are 8 actions when in actuality there are only three because one of the actions is a radio button group.

Some of our clients demand a stored recording of remote notary audio and video. My understanding is OneSpan does not support the audio/video storage feature.. There are products that position themselves as remote notary products that do this.

If we submit a ticket and have a user moved from one of our Production OneSpan Sign accounts to another of our Production OneSpan Sign accounts, does this also move their transactions, templates, layouts, etc.?

How do I customize the signature field in c# so that the date gets appended to the signature once the document is signed? (e.g. E-Signed by [Signer] on [Date])

Guys, I know we can pass our logo in via the package but what I cannot find is any documentation that tells us a preferred size for the logo. Is there one?

Hello folks. We have made a fairly innocuous change to a PDF template agreement, just the text of an address, however when rendering this on the e-signature page of our application instead of the new text, we get some strange garbled capitalised text. Looks a bit like this:
