Good Afternoon, I am using the On Premise verson 6.5 and recently tried to download the evidence document from a finished package. However that document was blank.

Hi Team, we have a one span configured to send the document signing in french but when they complete the signing our tags in document for Signer's Date [{{esl:Signer1:signingdate}}] is showing the date format as English format rather than French date format.

Trying to save signed docs on our server.  Looping through the doc collection, Content is null with code bellow:   //retrieve signed package from one span             var pkg = oss.GetPackage(req.PackageId);
Unable to render signing url

We are not able to render the generated signing url in our browser or iframe. The page used to display the consent form but it now remains blank. PFA images of the console logs while attempting to open the signable document.
