I have a border line case, let's say there are two signers. One signer signs but do not click confirm. How do you find if signer 1 has completed the signature ceremony or not.

What happens when the server that is setup to receive callbacks isn't available due to a network issue or an issue with the server itself. Are any attempts made to retry the notification.

What is the user experience like with an iFrame on a mobile device? Is it responsive? If not, can the iframe initial load go directly to the signature placeholder? And for the user to review document, panning and pinch zooming would be required? Thanks.

Hi, from the documentation, there are 3 pre-defined roles: admin, manager and sender. Another concept is about 'owner' as user type? what's the difference between 'owner' vs roles? and can anyone be 'Owner'?   thanks, Cindy
