Not sure when this change was made, but previously in the designer view, adding Signature fields would show the signers name on the field itself. But now it no longer shows a name and appears to be color coded to the signers displayed on the left.

We are planning to extract OneSpan data via api's to drive reporting. A) there are some advantages (simplicity) to re-extract all data, every night B) there are also advantages to incremental extracts, i.e. net new items + changes

I set a package language with French. final DocumentPackage documentPackage = packageToBuild.withLanguage(Locale.FRENCH) Nothing changed to French except the embedded Consent pdf in the page as attached.

I have some questions about creating the signing url in the .Net SDK and the REST API. Here is what I have so far. I've created a package called "Test". I've added documents to Test. I've added Signers with just firstname, lastname and emailaddress to Test.

New Layout Designer Options

Hi, We're investigating to moving to the new package/layout designer and had some questions. In our sandbox environment the new designer displays a option to chat with eSignLive support. Is this normally shown on prod environments as well? Is there a back office change to remove this?
