When I create a transaction (using the https://gs.onespan.cloud/rpoc-saa endpoint) I get back a token as expected. First off, the token contains an access URL that does not work (it uses the wrong endpoint: https://salesdemo-dealflo.uat.eu1.tid.onespan.cloud).

Once the Package is updated with status = "SENT", emails are sent to the corresponding applicants (signers) in the package. However, since this process is happening in front of the Lender, I would I like to provide the applicants (borrower) who are in front of the Lender to have access to the Signin

Hi, I am trying to use the OSS - Template and Layout Copy Tool to copy a template from my Sandbox test account to our Production account.  I enter the Source/Destination API keys and environments and hit Test Connection.  I am informed that all API keys are valid.

We have encountered an issue where customers who have an "_x" in their Email address are not receiving their esignlive Emails. Upon investigating the code it seems the EsignLiveJSONHelper.remove_x(String jsonString) method removes all instances of "_x" due to the naming convention of some objects d

We had over 20 packages in our e-sign portal that display as expired even though the package was already completed. Does anyone know why that is? The technician indicated that the packages were completed and that signers were not receiving expiring e-mails.
