Hello, Is there a way to capture the font-end event notifications in iOS? I am loading the signing session in a wkwebview and I'm trying to capture these events: https://docs.esignlive.com/content/c_integrator_s_guide/event_notifier/event_notifier.htm. Is it possible?

Our OneSpan account is customer-facing and we support French speaking customers. Most of the signing process translates to French properly expect the 'Thank You' message attached.
EWitness Player showing Email Sender Address

Today in the eWitness player, when viewing a signing package. We are showing the email message, the subject, the To Address, and the text body of the message. However, we are not seeing the From email address. It would be useful to have this included to help with troubleshooting in the future.
Will update a signer's email or mobile trigger a notfication resend or I need send the notification by notification API?

Hello,We get the message "At least one signature is invalid" when we open the Signed PDF through OneSpan.We tried to identify issues by searching similar topics, but we could not find the exact solution.It would be great if we can get some ideas about this issue.
sender UI adding new signature field

hi,  when I create package via sender UI, when adding a new signature field, the default type is click-to-sign.  Can it be changed so that the default type is to capture autograph?   thanks,

When documents are signed via the application they are uploaded for storage, however some of the generic documents don't have a customer ID available.  Is there a way for the sender to be able to apply the customers ID onto specific forms as well include the customers ID within the evidence
Capture Text is showing with Date and Full Name (First name and Last Name)

Hi, We are not sending the "hideCaptureText" as false in the request eventhogh we are receiving the signature with Date and Name after signed the document. Please let us know whether we can do Account Level settings for True/False for this feature if yes, please provide us the screenshot. Thanks,

In the latest SDK, there were additional signing ceremony customization's added. Specifically, I'm noticing WithOptOutOther and WithDeclineOther.
