How to Remove Scroll Bar in the esign page

I want to remove the scroll bar in the esign iframe. we need the iframe height should be dynamic and match to the content height. Please find the attached screenshot. I am getting two scrollbars business don't want that. So want the iframe height to be dynamic based on the content.
backup account before using copy tool

Hi, Before copying the layout & template, we'd like to backup the source account setting first ( or just backup the existing layout and templates)  in case something goes wrong. so what do you suggest the best way to backup the account ?   thanks,

I am trying to test creating a package and I'm getting this response from OneSpan: {"messageKey":"error.unauthorised.accountSuspended","message":"Cannot create session with suspended account.","code":401,"name":"Unauthorized"} Is there any way to unsuspend my sandbox account?

I had API code below that used a PullPageSize of 500 and worked fine, but with the OneSpan updates that returns a null pointer.  I can use 100 without a problem.   Why was the size limited?  What is the limit?  Using 100 make my retrievals MUCH slower

Hi,  Is there anyway to match the label font size with the other words . I can see the configuration to change label and form fields , how to see the font size of the other words in the document in sandbox . so that i can match the font .   Thanks in advance!

I would like to create my own "Accept" and "OPT-OUT" buttons with a custom message as popup to be displayed when user click on OPT-OUT or Accept button. I would like to know if there is any service available in EsignLive that I can call, when user click on OPT-OUT or Accept button. Thanks, Ram
