Hi, I'm using the Java SDK and trying to open the signing ceremony as the package owner (sender), when the package owner isn't a signer in the package.

I have a couple of questions regarding this unauthorized access page. The error on this page is saying "your session may have expired". When accessing the designer in our iframe in Safari, we are seeing this eSignLive unauthorized access page. Is this a bug?

Hi. I am trying to implement the sample code provided at https://developer.esignlive.com/code-share/php-web-form-application-example/ I have changed the API Key to the API key in my account. I believe that is the only thing that needs to be changed, unless I am wrong.

API Rest allows me to create a sender in an account. I could verify this process by viewing the sender from Admin> User, but I could not assign it roles through API. Therefore, he will not be able to manage or generate a transaction because it don't has a role..

Hello, I need help with an error message relatef to hornetq that we detected  in one of our prod environments. The related package has 5 documents, 4 documents were successfully signed and the last one signing confirmation failed and produced this error.
