I have got into a very weird scenario today. Using Apex SDK to create package in OneSpan. I have created a package in OS with placeholder1 assume roleId as 'ph01' and signer1 with roleid as 'signer01'

Hello, Are we able to have the "signing date" display based on user time zone? For example, if the customer is accessing eSignLive in a pacific time zone, display signing date with PDT.

We have a client who wants us to send the Invitation Email to begin a signing session to a customer's cell phone as well.  They claim that some of their customers don't have email (!) and only have cell phones, and that their competitors send links to sign docs straight to a text message ins

In Sandbox, when I call the API for signing status, it always returns SIGNING_PENDING.

Please note that we are currently using .NET SDK to integrate with OneSpan and need to load layouts for sender accounts. Each sender is identified by their email address.

Hi I am integrating the ESignLive SDK into an Android app. I already have a login mechanism (using username/password combination or using google sign in). I do not want to have an extra login for ESignLive. I noticed there is a method to login with session token.
