I have a border line case, let's say there are two signers. One signer signs but do not click confirm. How do you find if signer 1 has completed the signature ceremony or not.

I am having a problem with the Laserfiche Connector: I select a document in LF then click "Send with OneSpan" The document shows in the list of Documents on the Create New Transaction screen. I add the sender's email, name, and signers then click Create.

Hi, in our current on-prem v11.25, for InPerson signing, there is dropdown box for signers to choose who will sign. but same request to SaaS, I don't see the dropdown box anymore. where is the InPerson signing ceremony showed in NSE? thanks, Cindy

REQUIREMENT We would like to be able to order our signers. For example for a document: SignerB has to sign before SignerA.   WHAT WE HAVE FOUND OSS 11.42: This is an option to order signers from the OSS UI when initiating the signing ceremony.
