We are not receiving event notification (Decline, package complete, …etc) from OneSpan sandbox. A few years ago, it was set up for both the production and sandbox environments. All is well with production; just the Sandbox has stopped operating.

Hi there.
What I'm trying to do is specify the sender of a package to be [email protected]. Our main account owner is [email protected]. No matter how I update my JSON, the package sender is still [email protected].

I am using the apex sdk with language='fr' option on the package, email to the signers comes in french but upon clicking the link where it takes you to the login page, it always shows in English.

Guys -
I am able to set the Signer Verification to Personal Certification using the /api/packages/packageId/roles/roleId/verification POST api call.
If I set the typeId to "personalCertificateSigning" this will allow me to set the signer to now have to use the signing certification.

I will have a great number of users to maintain.
In order to simplify process and to make adding and modifying users I need to (or prefer to)
1. Add users programmatically (this probably has to return user API key)
2. Once user is added I would need to modify

I have inherited a small (and incomplete) application from a former developer at my company that uses v11.5 of the .Net SDK to manage senders for our account. Recently we used the app to delete a sender via a call to AccountService.DeleteSender().

What is the recommended way to be able to rapidly develop and iterate on a series of forms we're using for application integration, then be able to deploy them to a production instance?

I need a way to prefill some input values. This is something that we can done with onespan sign api today, but prefill input are mutable (once approval access to signing url, he can change their values)
