Could I get someone to look at this package and help me understand why the signer got "Unauthorized Access: Failed to validate token"? The method that was used to generate the URL is run several times per day successfully but this one failed.

Hi,
We have the requirement to display the user whose email has bounced. We have used EMAIL_BOUNCE event, but that event is not having all the information it feels. Please propose a possible way to get the data during EMAIL_BOUNCE.

Hi
Is there a callback event when a signer views the document to tbe signed, but does not take any further action after viewing.
The signer simply closes the browser
Is there a webpage that describes all the callback events.
What is the "transaction Activated" event

Hi, I'm trying to set up a demonstration project using the sandbox environment but I'm having troubles authenticating with the API.

Guys,
When we view a non required document on a pc or table, it allows the users to arrow past it. When we take that same loan and view it on our mobile phone, the user does not get the ability to arrow past it. They have to either accept it or decline it. Is this intended?

I just installed OneSpan Sign for Salesforce. I am trying to test out a transaction, but whenever I go to prepare the document I get this error: User does not have EDIT/DELETE access to package. I have a System Administrator profile and I have been assigned to the appropriate permission sets.

Greetings (again)
Both programmatically and through the UI, I can not create a Label Field and associate it to a signature on the Fed Ramp Tenant. This feature is available on the Commercial Tenant
Will this be fixed soon? What else is missing/different between Commercial and Fed Ramp?
