Hi, I integrated the esignlive with the REST API. The only concern is there are too many clicks for the 2nd time signer(user).

You guys have been incredibly helpful, and I know you're bogged down. But I figured I would throw this up here and see what information you can provide. I am getting an Unexpected Error. Our technical staff have been notified and will look into the problem.

We have a template (in sandbox, id "M9fYtj_6L0MKQSYfQ3vAahQn6E8="). I've followed the documentation to attach signers. We have 3 roles: Insured, SalesAgent, BankAccountOwner.

Hi, I'm having a problem. When I define the payload to create the transaction, OneSpan overrides the attachment ID. For example, the user is required to attach 2 documents.

This API call requires {senderId} but when I use my "name" or "email" it does not work, nor does it work for any other value I could think of to try. The documentations says "The unique sender id" but what is that value? where does it come from? where is it on a screen?

I am working on a project where we will submit documents to ESign Live from our electronic document storage system. Whenever the primary application stores the documents electronically, it automatically protects the PDF document from modification with a password.
