Hi, resending a signing invitation doesn't work. Not in the Sandbox and also not from the Web UI. I actually don't believe I am making a mistake using both. Maybe the problem is in our package coding, wich however works fine with all other REST APIs we are using.

We use Salesforce with OneSpan. We are using API integration to merge field values from salesforce into OneSpan template fields.I have a Salesforce field that is a Rich Text Area field, formatted as HTML.

You moved the location of the personal certificate client and didn't let your users with on-site instances of OneSpan Sign know about the change. As a result, a few of our users were unable to download it and sign documents.

We are an on prem installation running version 7.2.  We have integrated with OneSpan using the .Net SDK.  My question is how large is the message for all recipients field on the package?   We don't want to allow users to enter a longer message in our UX than what is supported

Hello! I need to be able to pull down the name of the file that was uploaded with a document in a given package. I see that there is a "FileName" property on the "Document" object, but when I pull a package down and loop through its documents, the FileName is always null. Any assistance would be g
