I have a couple of questions regarding this unauthorized access page. The error on this page is saying "your session may have expired". When accessing the designer in our iframe in Safari, we are seeing this eSignLive unauthorized access page. Is this a bug?

I am working on a solution to create a package containing a single document.
When I use a .pdf file, this works fine - the document is sent; a signing URL is generated and I can sign.
When I try to use a .docx file, I get a HTTP 400.

We are trying to upload the attached PDF (eF2 - Sign.pdf) to eSignLive as a document to sign. It contains a signature block embedded in it.
The error we get while ww upload it from eSignLive portal (image attached herewith) is the same which we get while we try the same using SDK.

Hi,
I tried to upload a document (attached) in the sender UI, it has error message as 'this document failed to upload and maybe locked'. but I tried it in the sandbox, and it's working fine.

I have a working form running app to sand box, I am now trying to make the sender dynamic. When I send the form with the sender email that was set up with original sand box account everything works fine.

Hi,
I am using spring boot rest template to create onespan package. I am trying to upload multiple files under key word "file" and json structure as "payload".
But I am getting 400 bad request. I have also checked whether the byte array is base64 encoded or not.

Is there a change in updatePackage call for new signing experience. I am able to generate the package and update the package with settings and roles from old signing experience account but same cannot be done with new signer experience account.
