Guys -
I have a support ticket out for this but the response time is something horrible. We have a package that is up in Production that somehow managed to get put into draft mode and we do not know why.

Hi,
This issue seems to have started sometime in the last 24 hours, but I can no longer attach .docx or .doc files to transactions within the sandbox environment.
If I attempt to upload via the UI I get the following error after about 30 seconds:

Hi,
I am trying to use the OSS - Template and Layout Copy Tool to copy a template from my Sandbox test account to our Production account. I enter the Source/Destination API keys and environments and hit Test Connection. I am informed that all API keys are valid.

How did the migration go when everything went well?
Please accept my apologies, but...I have found the installation of IAS 3.14.x on Windows 2016 is not the right place. After the migration, I want to upgrade to Centos.
