Currently we are sending this setting for each package we are creating via a REST call.
It is set to true. So the download button is dsiabled.

Dear all,
As you can see from the screenshot attached, normally next to the radio buttons we have the text “Agreeâ€, “I don’t Agreeâ€, which seem to be covered(hidden) by the placeholder markup code in the produced document in the Signing Ceremony.

I'm doing some scale testing and I've noticed that I can't programmatically upload data to a textarea using REST if the data is longer than 2100 characters (approximately).
