Hi everybody,   I'm wondering if there is a way to define a sender that doesn't have an account in onespan   I need to create packages created by some users from my platform and i would love to skip replicate those accounts inside onespan

Hello is it possible to duplicate a template, and then make a slightly different version of it, rather than having to start from scratch to create a second form which only has very minor differences in the options for the drop-downs etc.?Thanks

Is there a way to query server status to tell when a server goes down? We just got hit with an emergency maintenance on the Production server but didn't get any notification what so ever. Is there a way to resolve this issue for any future problems?

Signers have same email

Hello, We are getting exception when we try to add signers to package with same email. We are receiving message - 'The email is already in use for package'. So, is there a way we can add signers with same email to the package? Thanks, Sushma

I noticed that there are 2 back office setting for in person signing, our requirement is hiding the package owner when signing.
Callback Notification Email

Our application submits signing packets via the REST API and receives callback notifications. Our application is not equipped to send emails, though, and our business line wants to receive an email for each notification. Is it possible for One Span to email the callback notifications?

Hi, If my understanding is correct the Checkbox in eSignLive PDF form is bound to a Signature field. What this means is, as a user signing the form, I have the option to Check or Uncheck it. However, is there a checkbox that I can put on the form that will be filled with static data.
Retrieving SENT packages returns a COMPLETED package

Hello, I tried to make an API call to retrieve incomplete SENT packages, but the results included a COMPLETED package along with SENT packages. All COMPLETED pakcages were not returned, just one was.  Here is the call:

Hello, we were informed that a change will be coming to the API interactions in the 11.36 version.  If we integrate using the Java SDK, is it necessary to upgrade to the latest version of the SDK in order to correctly handle the removed user-agent header?
