In doing some testing in my sandbox, I noted that if I submit a package with a signer with an invalid email address, early the next morning I got a delivery failure notification to my email inbox. I'm curious if there is a way to actively monitor email delivery status via the API?

hello there, I set up sandbox.esignlive.com with salesforce sandbox. Using Apex sdk I am able to create package and sign it, but when other users from salesforce try to use apex sdk code they can create package in esignlive but they cant sign it.

Hi, we changed server provider yesterday, and now we're not getting the notification callbacks. We already changed the DNS and we confirmed that it's pointing to the right box. Do you guys need to bind the address to a specific IP? If so, the new IP for our api is 209.166.133.108.
