Hi Silanis team- I cannot find any documentation on the unit of measure used for the Signature block position (X,Y) and dimensions (Height,Width). Is it pixels? Points? Inches? Also, if anyone knows/remembers-- we are currently using Version 4.x / hosted of the Silanis framework.

We use subaccounts and I can use the API to create and rename them.  Is there an API call to get the current email signature block and then assign a new block if needed.  This is the only branding I need to do at the subaccount level because everything else is inherited from our primary

We have a client that requests a lot of changes to their PDFs, so we've decided to move from pixel-perfect C# signature placements (hand coded), to templates. The biggest problem I have right now is, in the template there is no where to say that the signature is optional.

Hello I am using document extraction approach using REST API and able to create the Transaction successfully. The problem I am having is that when I click to sign, it opens image capture screen like in the attached screenshot.

Guys - I have a document with 4 signature fields. When I tried to combine the fields for the one signer, it didn't work. Do we have to create a new approval for each new field that we are trying to sign? If not, can I get a JSON Package example of how to do it since mine isn't working.
