Hi,
I have a requirement where I have a template with placeholders for signers. I need to create a new package from this template and replace the signer Placeholders with actual signer info.

We were able to leverage the ceremony settings and were able to take our customers to our defined url after they complete signature.
Two days ago, it mysteriously stopped working. Now it just shows "Done" button which does not do anything.

I am running into an issue with my radio button group. I have selected one of the required options but when I try to complete signing I get an error that says "Not all approvals have been confirmed" I have attached a screenshot. Here is my JSON:

I was wondering if there is any way to pull more than 100 completed packages for each sender for a given day. I have one sender that completes more than 100 packages a day and the completion report only shows up to 100 per sender, unless I am missing something.

I'm aware that OneSpan saves past signer's details so that it is easier to populate them in drop down when I create the transaction for the same signers. Is there a way to clear that data from the drop down if the signer is no longer with the organization?

Hi,
I am trying to update a LinkHref of an existing package that has been sent to the client, I use the updatepackge function for the same, I did not get any error in the response, but the new value is not reflecting in the package.

So I was able to create a package, with a field which is placed on the first page.
How can I say that the field needs to be on every page?, or only on the last page, keeping in mind that I don't know in front how many pages the file contains ?

Hi,
We have a requirement where we need to impose unique package name when users create a transaction. I understand that the only uniqueness that eSL has is the packageId and not the name.
Is it possible to check the uniqueness of package name before it is created?

Hi,
Can we give signature by typing from signature field? In our application, we are allowed just to give signature by typing but not allowed to give signature by mouse scratching or by click. If it is possible, how can I implement this in REST API?
