Hey there!
Im currently using the sandbox, to make prove of concept and im trying to anwser some dooubts.
1 - When passing to a production environment the sandbox is migrated or stays as it is?
2 - When passing to a production environment the templates and the layouts are migrated? Is automatic?

So I have a current workflow that includes KBA on some signers for various packages. When the signer gets their signing url, we are seeing the attached error on the screen. Sometimes it takes us to where we can then proceed to answer the KBA and sometimes it doesn't.

In my current setup, I have a main custom object with two buttons: "Generate Contract" and "Send For Sign Off". The first button uses Conga Composer to generate the contract document and saves it to the main custom object.

Trying out the SignDocuments(packageId, signerId) call in the example throws EslServerException.
Additional information below: Could not create a signer authentication token. Exception: The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.

Is there any limit on the number of documents which we can upload to Eoriginal vault by specifying the vaulting_data.We are able to upload the documents upto 8 in a single transaction but when we try to upload more than 8, we are getting error from the OneSpan APIs.
