My company is working on a mobile application (android & iOS) that handles roommate agreements. We are generating PDFs from HTML and were hoping that the eSignLiveSDK would be a turn key solution to adding eSignatures to the experience.

Got a notification that OSS-US-PROD-2 will be upgrading OS during a 3 hour window and it made me realize I do not have enough knowledge about the OneSpan production environment to know what this means for us.

At Onboarding Accounts we have an issue with customer signed documents including Customer Agreement, Statement of Income, Customer Consent which in some cases OneSpan does not return to PEGA or there are delays in response. which causes the Unique Client File to be incomplete.

Please note that we are currently using .NET SDK to integrate with OneSpan and need to load layouts for sender accounts. Each sender is identified by their email address.

In our set up , we host multiple clients which may generate multiple packages . Since they all transit through our one eSign Account, we would like to see a way to : 1. Pass Custom References ( These are usually key items like Institution Code , Application No ...etc) 2.

Is this sender token required in a json package? I ask because I get an error sending a package request stating "id": "sender" not found. This is just a sender not requiring a signature but sending a request package for signature of another user.

Hi there; my understanding has been there are 7 status's (Draft, In Progress[sent], Completed, Opted out, Declined, Archived and Trashed) Does "Expired" count as a status? ( it's not included on OneSpan Account Summary report ).

Is it possible to transfer templates in OneSpan? I know we can share out templates when they are created, but what if we have someone that has a lot of templates that everyone uses, and they decide to retire next week.  
User limit error when attempting to elevate a "Member" to a "Manager"

Hello, We are getting a red error message in the UI when we attempt to elevate my eSignLive user account from a "Member" to a "Manager" that indicates we've exceeded our user limit. From what I can see, we have a license that lets us have 15 active users.
