Hi,
Could you please tell me if the following is possible using esignLive UI (we do not want to go the API route)
1) If the package has say 5 signers , can we set it up such that the first 3 sign sequentially and the last 2 in parallel
2) If the package is set to have all signers sign in paralle

I receive eSignLive Callback failed emails sparingly, even though I receive the callback successfully.

We have everything working great with Laserfiche Forms, where after the signatures are completed, OneSpan knows to assign a certain metadata field to the specified document to indicate to the corresponding workflow that processing can continue. We have no issues on that end.

Hi,
I got an email from eSignLive today saying that, effective January 9 of 2017, all transactions older than 90 days will be moved from the cloud to another database.

According to the requirements we have, if a person doesn't completes the purchase by paying but has signed the documents, if that person comes back again after certain number of days, he needs to do the whole transaction again.

Currently after signing the process we are receiving the Thank you window with Close and Exit e-SingLive buttons.
We are getting the eSignLive Login page at the time of clicking on "Exit eSignLive" button.
