Hi,
After signatures, my pdf size is increased a lot. For example, before taking signatures, my pdf size is 541 kb. But after signatures, the pdf file size in 1.94 Mb. What are the reasons behind this and how can we reduce the size?

Hi,
in our IT-system(SAP) we have the PDFs, that we want to send to OneSpan, stored in a table in binary format.
Since we don't have the actual file... how can I implement an example in Postman?

Does the handdrawn signature uploaded for a signer only display on signature tags that are 'capture signature' rather than 'click to sign,' or is it possible to use the signer's handdrawn signature for both?
When signing with handdrawn, the signer's signature appears overlap

It appears that if our senders upload documents close to the 16mb limit then the signers sign when the sender goes to download the documents they are receiving an error (attached below) which we know is NOT a network connectivity issue.
