We are having issues using the API key to archive messages.  We are getting a 403 error.  I removed the URL/and package number, but you can see the error below.
Adding the default consent back into package?

Guys, We know that we can remove the default consent from when editing the package. Is there a way to add it back in? If so, I'd be curious to know the steps involved. Thanks!

I am currently in CST/ GMT-5 but the callback is returning GMT-4 for the createdDate time. I am on the onespan sandbox could this have an effect?   Edit: updated subject to GMT-0 time
create templates through embedded js

Is there a way to create a template through the api or embedded js in a iframe? I ask because we'd like to embed onespan into our system but each client/department would have their own templates (create/edit/view) 
View Document without updating

I want to show template documents to our reviewers but they can’t update the fields. I knew that to use designer mode, packages have to be in draft folder, but I want to disable editing for users. Can anyone suggest me how to achieve this? Thanks. Khatri

Hi my requirement is I want to download the templates and use them in offline signature capture? Does iOS sdk support downloading of templates and and applying them on documents in offline? Can templates be edited with pre populated data in offline using iOS sdk?
Password to Unlock Document Signed in OneSpan

Is there any way to get the password to unlock a file that has been signed in OneSpan? Our users sometimes need to edit the document in Adobe after it has been signed. I have seen a couple other similar questions here, but no definitive answer on whether or not that is possible.
I can't counter-sign the main Contract since the Customer did not sign the Rider

The Customer accepted the Disclosures and Consent and signed the Contract but left the Rider unsigned. Therefore I cannot sign the Contract because it violates the Signing Order. How can I get past this outside of asking the Customer to sign the Rider?
Error 403 when updating a package
