I would like to know if there is any endpoint within the REST API to which I can send a parameter and get a list of transactions whose name contains that parameter.

I'm trying to add extra fields to a transaction through the REST API but I can't get the extra fields to show up.
So far I managed to add a free text field at the time of signing, but I can't get it to show the initials of the signer or the date of signing.

Hi excuse my ignorance as I am migrating from Adobe Sign and
trying to use the text tags to trigger Signer1 fields in my uploaded document.
I have tried a few iterations of trying to get a Signer1 Signature field recognized after i have uploaded
