Hello,  I've had this issue for several weeks now and I'm not sure how to remedy it.  On the Complete Signing Modal, a green check mark is supposed to show up for the signer but we are seeing this (see attached.)
Is there a way to detect if a PDF was signed by OneSpan Sign?

If we have a common document storage for all sorts of PDF documents, is there a way for a program to inspect a PDF to determine it was signed using OneSpan Sign, and not just a PDF from other sources.

Hi everyone,Signer #1 already signed the contract, and waiting for Signer #2 to sign the contract.However, Signer #2 is no longer in the role and is supposed to assign the Signer #3 (taking over the role of Signer #2) to sign the document.

I'm wondering how I can make the text area name "Commentaire" in the pdf filled correctly. The text in the document does not appear correctly and is always on one line. I'm using a code similar to this : var documentBuilder = DocumentBuilder.NewDocumentNamed("Formulaire d'adhésion")
