Hello, We are in exploring REST API for creating a package with a signing document. Thanks to the good developer resources on this site, we could accomplish this part but the challenge we have is the document resides on a Cloud platform and is accessible over a URL.
Version 9.4 createSessionToken Failure: Could not deserialize JSON Invalid State

Hi, When creating a package and calling the setName method with a string containing a period or dash the JSON response says deserialization failed, upon further inspection there were also code 400 "invalid state" messages included. How can we fix this?
"message": "Invalid position. Object placed outside of document page boundary."

In my MVC code project testing creating a Package I am trying to add a .WithSignatureStyle and  .WithSignatureType. and the SDK says it does not have a definition of neither one in the builder.The issue is that the signature option only comes up as drawing. 
Not receiving the PassCode on the Mobile while doing SMS Authentication

Hi Team, While I'm using the SMS Authentication type to authenticate a signer, the signer is not receiving the passcode SMS. Even I tried it with the package created using the sandbox environment. But, I'm not getting the passcode. Is there any ways to resolve this issue?. Thanks in advance.

I believe this is a change introduced with SaaS 2024-October: Release 24.R6 (11.60).  Now when we create a package using: POST https://sandbox.esignlive.com/api/packages

Hi, please assist with the following issue: I was able to successfully receive a transaction callbacks and download multiple packages. However, each morning, upon initiating very first transaction I receive "eSignLive Callback failed." email from the server with the following contents (excerpt).
