We allow users to click a sign button on a page that expires rather quickly (2 minutes) and it opens OneSpan in an external browser tab. Does OneSpan have a feature to ping an endpoint during the signing ceremony to keep the session alive on the source page?

We have PDF forms in our system that contain "Date" areas. Some of these Date areas contain a single line for which the Date would be placed above. We have other forms where the Date area was pre-populated with the Forward Slash separators ( MM /dd / YYYY  ).

Guys - Is there a way to format the date capture to only be a date and not a date/time? I know we can do this with labels as we are currently doing it but was hoping we could format that date capture.

Hi TeamUser wants to have signing time along with singing date. Team found there is a text tag esl:InsuredSigner1:SigningDate to print signing date. The tag signingdate prints only date and not the time.

I looked in the docs and the API but this was not immediately obvious if this function existed so question: I can specify a bound field Date, that gets filled in by eSignLive with the date that the user signs. However the date format that is filled in now does not match the date on our PDF form

esl Support, Where do I find the package creation date? I've looked at the EslClient object, EslClient.esl.PackageService, as well as the DocumentPackage object and I can't seem to find this date. How can this date be ascertained?

We're using document extraction to populate a Signature Date field with the date of signing via naming a form field with something like this: [Signer1.Capture1.label1.Date].

Is it possible to pass in a string with the way the date field should be formatted. The date is showing as YYYY-MM-DD, however, I need the date in the format YYYYMMDD.
