Hi, We are facing continuous issues while doing the bulk sign process, below are the error messages it is throwing to us Error 1 : Silanis.ESL.SDK.EslServerException: Could not create a signer authentication token.

Trying out the SignDocuments(packageId, signerId) call in the example throws EslServerException. Additional information below: Could not create a signer authentication token. Exception: The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.

We are using Apex SDK to create transaction in OneSpan, we aren't using OneSpan Salesforce Connector. We have API key for authentication. When the user create transactions in OneSpan from SF, sender is always OneSpan's user attached to master account.
