We have everything working great with Laserfiche Forms, where after the signatures are completed, OneSpan knows to assign a certain metadata field to the specified document to indicate to the corresponding workflow that processing can continue. We have no issues on that end.

I'm trying to send a document for signature using text extraction. It's working, but it's putting an extra signature field in the document that I don't want.

I have one question regarding Text tag, can we define a name for a text tag? For e.g, in the below text tag, can we set a name as well? So that when we retrieve the value we know that the value corresponds to that particular field.

Hi, In our project, we have non-interactive pdf where we need to bind field in the document with signature field. But in this case, it is not working. However, it is working for interactive pdf. Can you please let me know how to make working in non-interactive pdf?

I have a client who is trying to use a convention that has two Signer Labels within a template and but not able to specify a Signer Label to a placeholder. This is possible with the Salesforce connector. But, this looks like a bug Dynamics connector V2, please advise.
Using SDK to deploy API in Kubernetes cluster

We have developed an API service wrapper for OneSpan Sign, using .NET framework 4.7.2. This service is currently deployed within an Azure Service App. We are investigating the possibility of moving this service to a container and running it within a Kubernetes cluster (likely AKS in Azure).
